Why pHuel My Run:

Running is the single most universally accessible form of exercise. 

As long as you are injury free and able-bodied, you can run. 

Able-bodied is out of our hands, but injury free is our mission.

We are not here to help you run the fastest marathon. We are here to make sure you can run for almost as long as you have this body. 


Our physical and mental well-being are intrinsically linked to our sense of belonging and connection.

Creating an environment that fosters community and connection through fitness is as integral to our mission as making intelligent, evidence-based programming available and accessible beyond private training. 

To achieve this, we keep our class sizes small and award priority booking to existing members.
